EKVASIS Engineering is also an experienced partner in organizing and leading Shake-Table tests or Static Pull tests for electro-mechanical equipment.

Since qualification by Shake-Table testing is a challenging and costly procedure, we have developed a process where we can estimate, prior to the test, the risk of the equipment being damaged during testing. Additionally, we conduct feasibility checks to ensure that chosen laboratory can perform the test within its limitations. If the risk of performing the test is high, we can recommend measures or alternative plans. With regards to the test facility, we can always suggest an appropriate laboratory that can conduct the test or use the Shake-Table laboratory of your choice.

Once the decision for testing is ensured, we create a test plan document where all involved parties including the end-client, are informed about all steps of the test protocol, the instrumentation plan, the exact test dates and the laboratory that will be used. 

We provide support throughout the entire process by establishing a contact with the chosen laboratory, coordinating tasks with all parties involved, performing pre-analysis prior to the test, creating the test plan document, leading the test with physical attendance during its execution, gathering all output data, post-processing it and eventually creating the final qualification report document which can be submitted to your clients for approval.

A similar process is followed for the Static Pull tests, with engineering efforts in this case being less demanding.
